June 1920

THURSDAY 17

Brock finished doing road work in forenoon. Da setting up turnip ridge. Brock sowing turnip in afternoon and Da scuffing corn. Cloudy and started to rain about sic o' clock. Raining very hard most of night.

FRIDAY 18

Choring and fixing low windmill in forenoon. Da ploughing in little patch on other place by the road in afternoon. Brock went to Mr. Track at Alma for oat in afternoon. Showering in forenoon but brightened. A little sprinkle again about five o'clock.

SATURDAY 19

Da finished ploughing little patch on other place and finished scuffing corn in forenoon. Brock cultivating back 14 ac field next windmill. Then re sowed and harrowed it in afternoon. Grain was eaten off by cut worm. We to town at night. Fine and quite warm.
