FRIDAY 24

Brock at Hoshel threshing alld ay. Da shocking the corn. We to town in afternoon. Very close and warm. Looking like rain.

SATURDAY 25

Brock at Hoshel threshing until four o'clock. Jack came up in morning to help Da draw in the late grain from other place. Put it on slack behind the barn and covered it with board. We to town at night. Very hot day.

SUNDAY 26

Uncle Jim and Will Nellie and Lillian, Mr. Hitchcep and Lillian Sale malored up and spent the day. Fine and extremely hot. Lightening at night. Harry and Della here in evening.
