Brock to church at night. Mother and Clara to cemetry in afternoon. Bright and breezy.
MONDAY, 25
Jack done chores. Brock working on road garden on road all day. {aud threy out rode?} sold fat cattle to Navy British for $8.50. Fine and very warm.
TUESDAY, 26
Jack done chores. Piled wood in bush and {filing?} spruce in afternoon. Brock ploughing on the {gae?}. I {sod?} on other place. Mr. Henderson here in evening. I took Clara and Joyce to morning train. very hot day.
WEDNESDAY, 27
Choring and chopping. Jack left this morning about eleven o'clock. {Jane making come new from Hrdi?} He was fired. Fine morning but rainy afternoon. Jack came back about eleven o'clock.
