THURSDAY, 2

Jack and Brock drawing out manure in forenoon. Then Jack cultivated the 4 ac. behind hog drawing house in afternoon & Brock at telephone. Jack over to Nodo to telephone. Fine but looking like rain.

FRIDAY, 3

Jack chopping in forenoon and Brock cleaning land. Clearing pens. Spread ashes in afternoon and threw out some more of line fence between Watt. Jack over to Burrough a.m. to telephone {Nedny?} {raey?} through the night-light tristy and dull.

SATURDAY, 4

Brock working at line fence himself and finished it. Jack lost the boy off. They went down to town about eight a.m. and brought him back about 2 p.m. His mother came up from Hamilton. He never came back. Don't know where he is. Brock & I had time and cool at night.
