Brock to town at night. Terrible hot day.

MONDAY 4

Home doing road work and Brock to {loing?} hing summen tallow. Terfific heat very calm.

TUESDAY 5

Lorne doign road work and Brock joloing hing parmme tallow. Mother and Hellian to town in afternoon. I lageuee hattie, Elain and Gerald here in eveneing. Terrific heat and calm.

WEDNESDAY 6

We to Mr. Talcamer funeral in afternoon. Laughing in summer fallow. Horses banting. Mr. Theo B Jenning, Ms. Harold Jenning brought Betty here she and I to town with Harr. Brock new to see well diller at Hatches. Terrible hot.
