August 1921

THURSDAY 18

Brock and Lorne putting in more cement stalls. Mother and I to Mr. Eauing funeral. He 71 years old. Cloudy dull morning but lawned and bright and fine. Brock to lawn at night.

FRIDAY 19

Cementing and drew leu loads of filling for house stable from Hibbons hill in for noon. Lorne having turninto an afternoon and Brock went for load of coal from J M Joace. Fine morning but got quite dull and looking like rain.

SATURDAY 20

Brock went for load of coal in morning. Home leulled hay in barn and then lurning and shack home and on other flage. Grayn very wet. Drew in little patch on other place and load and of field next bush. We to lawn at night. Clearing cloudy and coal.
