THURSDAY 25
Finished drawing back 14ac. and drew barley. Ray, uncle Richard and Harry with lean here all day. Mrs. Newtead and Earl in for rhubarb. I to lawn in morning. Fine warm day.
FRIDAY 26
Brock cut 4 ac. I late barley behind low driving hours. Loune shocking Brock fixing fence back barn in afternoon and lorne I down with Chap. Fine bright day. Brock over to see Tom Miller about thering.
SATURDAY 27
Draing out manure onto field with Jack to. Brock down in afternoon to get flat mill canna but no one there. Dull and looking like rain.
