September 1921

THURSDAY 8

Drawing up wood and from back barn to fill wood house. Fine day. Lorne came back to night from Hill and stayed all night.

FRIDAY 9

Drawing up wood from bush finihsed filling wood house and put 2 loads in cellar. Uncle Will came about five o'clock. Fine and warm. Lorne left on morning train.

SATURDAY 10

Drew up the last load of wood from this bush and piled it back of house. Then drawing up bagg wood. Uncle Will and Jack , mother and I to lawn at night. Mr. Farley from down in richol here and bought hellie $200. Brock delivered her to his brothers on the 14th. Very hot day. Rain at night.
