October 1921

SUNDAY 30

Uncle Jim, Nellie Hilligan, Uncle Will and Mrs , Alpine here for dinner. Lizzie Hilborn here in evening. Brock to town at night. Very fien bright morning. Dull and like rain in evening.

MONDAY 31

Roy Mapon at Watt threshing for us, 7 hours 10 mins. Brock tapping lurnipo and harrowed them out. Came on rain about eleven a.m. Ploughing in afternoon. They stayed all night. Dull and mild showery.

ALL SAINTS DAY TUESDAY 1

Roy at Eli Mitchell threshing for us. brock dawn with 10 lamb in morning and drawing lurnipo in afternooon. mr. Bunaueu here in afternoon topping. Colder but quite bright. Brock up to Slepheuron in evening.

WEDNESDAY 2

Brock drawing turn into morning. Herb helping in afternoon. Mr. Bieunaro tapping all day. Melville came about 6 o' clock. Out to buy a storm. {Illegible} load here for tea and all night. very hard fog last night but beautiful calm bright day.
