November 1921

THURSDAY 3

Drawing turnip in forenoon. Came on rain about noon. Choring in afternoon. Herb went home about 4 o'clock. Melville left two a.m. for hear Geulph. Dull morning, showery afternoon. Colder and lightening at night.

FRIDAY 4

Down for chap and got buggy shaft lifted and choring. We thull up to Tree Blue Towl supper in Rothway. Very dirly day. Soft snow like rain. Quite a fall at night.

SATURDAY 5

Brock drawing lurnipo. Got suede in Watt helped him with the last load. Very dirly day but much colder and still snowing at times. We to lawn at night, melville here about three o'clock on his way home. Looking like winter.
