SUNDAY 6

Brock away in afternoon and for tea. Very dull dark day. Mild heavy fall and snow in evening.

THANKSGIVING DAY, MONDAY 7

Done chores and brought up calves from bush, also separaw from barn. Cleaned hen peus in afternoon. Very dirly day, soft snow at times and slushy.

TUESDAY 8

Done chores and look up the Greylone turnip, two loads. Watt helped. Rolled up garden fence and ploughed it in afternoon. C.A. Ghoupoon and family here all night. Came about 9:30 p.m. They going to meaford. Cloudy and cold earl wind. Snowing at night, quite wintery.

WEDNESDAY 9

Done chores and brought young cattle from other place. Ghampoon left about 10 A.M. for Chateworth. Putting in a stall in for stable in afternoon. Stormy day and colder. Very windy looking.
