Monday Oct 27. Dull & cool rain at night. At the Guild to-night in a debate resolved that woman Suffrage would be of benefit to the state. H.D. MacLaren W. Well & I won it by 4 points from A.J. Mann G. McArthur and Mr. Shearer. We had the negatives.

Tuesday Oct. 28. Dull & wet. In Literature Oliver got 46 & I got 56.

Wednesday Oct 29. Cold with showers. Temp. and wet.

Thursday Oct 30. Cold with snow Temp. 31°.

Friday Oct 31. Cold snowing all day Almost 6 or 7 inches at night. Temp. 24°. In comp. Oliver got 66 & I got 65. Uncle Alfred and Edgar were in.

Saturday Nov. 1. Fine and thawing. Most of the snow gone by night. Temp. 33°. Papa got up to-night but got a little worse.
