December.

F. 1st. Saw sharping. Loging, thrashing beans, roofinf shed and other things.

S. 2nd. Cleaning up the barn & thrashing peas. To the present time I have thrashed 25 Bushls of Peas.

M. 4th. Finished getting potatoes into the cellar, and pulled Freds potatoes.

T. 5th. Robert hauled the potatoe haul to the yard and plowing in the afternoon. Self to Port Elgin, cleaned the pigs out and finished banking Fred's potatoes up.

W. 6th. Hauled out 11 loads of muck and applied it to that part of the orchard which has not previously been manured.

Th. 7th. Hauled out three loads of manure and finished in the orchard. Robert plowing in the forenoon self spreading man.

F. 8th. Hauling out manure to the pasture behind the orchard six loads. Robert hurt his one foot. G. Ruppel 1 Bushl. less lb.

S. 9th. Hauling out manure 9 loads.

M. 11th. Hauling out manure 11 loads. Robert thrashing in the forenoon, and making fence in the afternoon. Mr. Robert Craig paid One Dor. and a half for 3 Cows to bull.

T. 12th. Four Bushls. and a half of peas Thrashen. Hauled out six loads of manure. Robert thrashing. March added 12
