July 16 Ad & Noris went to Sand Bay to hold the potatos they took the cultivator with them
17 Noris sapped at The Chanty last night Ad came home Jennet Jennie & Philo went to Gananoque with Kate
18 Ad went to The Chanty this morning he intends to bring his saw logs down the creek to the mill Noris came with Ad he has been working at the potatos
19 Mr Rows preached this evening Mr Gifford in the morning
20 Ad took Noris to The Chanty to hold the potatos he drew 2 loads of lumber from the mill
21 rain this morning Ad went for a load of lumber Noris came home with him & went for another load of lumber
22 Noris cut the grass back of the barn Ad is fixing at home I worked at a ladder for the barn
23 Ad & Noris drew some stones for the foundation of his barn & driving house
24 Ad had his barn raised this forenoon it went up well
25 Ad began to mow he mow the orchard he has been drawing lumber & stuff that he could not get at it
26 Mr Ross preached this morning he had Kate to Sand Bay
27 we raked & got in the hay out of the orchard unloaded it with the horse Fork it is a hard job to get into the load it works well when you get it in
28 Ad mowed in the North Field East of the peas it has a good many daisies in it I raked it Noras cocked it at a mode some in the middle thats the east line
29 I raked that that cat yesterday they drew it in & some of the cocks that was in the North Field
30 Ad mowed the part that was left in the midle field this morning there was a little rain we drew a load of the cocks that was left in the North Field that 12 loads that we have got in so far this season side note young doctor came this morning & stoped fathers knows from bleeding
31 Noris is mowing in the Middlefield east side then we drew in 4 loads put them in the old barn I raked fine day for the hay
