Saturday June 14th

We caught all the calves but Bobbie'swhen we fed them this mirning, they have not been feeling very lively to-day. Bill.Oaks came over for a drink and visited for abut half an hour. He is goingto leave Ivey to-day. We cut potatoes most of the morning.

This after noon we got some ice out to put in the refrigerator, it is melting. alot but seems all right in side. Frank went to a picnic this after noon that Mrs. Tuck was having for the Sunday School class. We did not get out in the field till about three and then Dad ploughed somefurrows to plant potatoes in the ol=d garden and we rplanted four rows. We planted Huby's early ones
