and all over town but couldn't find him so got Joe and started for home Enah when I saw him with Huby, he wentup with me ans showed me the mare and told me we culd either buy her now for $120.00 which is the price he paid for her or we could bring her over and let her rais eher colt and sell ger in the fall and share the profits so I told him =we would ger t her soon, I got Enah down at Aunty's and we got home about noon. Tupper came after Dad. right after supper dinner to see a cow so i did up the chores and about fice o'clock drove down and got Mrs. McBride. To-night Dad. Enah and I drove down to the concert given by Zeitha Barwell, Miss Priest and Miss Martin (and it was certaonly worth hearing rather high tomes amnd classicla maybe for most of us but enjoyanble nebverltheless. It has been a very stormy and disagreeable day. Strong east wind and. ablinding snow storm this morning afterwards turning to rain and freezing. It was still rianing when we got home but had got much milder and the ice was droppoing off the trees and making a great row. We saw several vivid flashed of lightning while the concert was in progress and Mrs. McBride said that they heard thunder plainly over here. She stayed all night but hadnt gone to bed when we got home.
