when Murray Hamilton came in with his car with Yeager Jack Davis and the Neew York saddle horse man, so then the ghorse man began we brought out Ginger and Queen, Yeager seemed to be trying to communicate convince all the compa=ny that Ginger wa sin foal andshe fdid look a little queer, Dad. just noticed iot to-day but we knew by her actions she culdn;t be so we atributed to Yeager's talk to the whiskeu that he was carrying but he told Dad. aside a little later that he knew she wasn;lt in foal he was just trying to kake the fellow rhibk he was working for him he asked me what I would for Queen and I said two hundred he laughed at me but later he told us to let Ginger go for what the fwllow would pay and he would see that he bought Queen too afyter she has beenhandled a little more but he said "Remember the pric eof her is thee hundred not two". so whether he meant all he said or not I dn't know as he was pretty dull. After I rode Ginger diwn the lane once or twice, Dad. sold her for one hndred and twenty five dollars ands the fellow shelle dout the hard cash andsaid he woulwanted hewr at ~yeager's befor aix.
