Friday November 14th

It froze hard last night but Frank was able to plow and has been at it all day. I went back to the gully this morning and chopped a hole in the crek for the cattle to drink then I soent the rest of ther morning moving the hay around the horse stable so that we could put somestraw up there. We wanted to move the stack or what id ==s left of it in to-day but it was too wimndy. I didn't do any thing much all the after noon but a few chores. We put the cows all in thei safter noon as well as Wilkins Micawber Knocfierna and Nancy. Wyatt Waddle and a Frost & Wood agent were here this after noon to sell Dad. a mower.
