Friday September 2nd

The ink seems to be getting redder all the time although it was blue when it was put in the oen. Dad. has ploughed all day a n dit has not been quite so hot. I went back this morning and ploughed a ccpouple of rounds while he changed the coulter on the othe rplow. Marj. went doewn and had lunch with Aunty Alice and this after noon went to Simcoe to the Auxillary deanery meeting, she got home on the seven o'clock car.I wernt down this after noon to dig Aunty Alice's potatoes but as it was pretty late when I got the calves watered I didn't get many dug. I wernt foenr a swim befor eI cam ehome. Quint has bought an old Ford car and is going arounf the fairs selling Hot Dogs. he went to Cayuga yesterday.
