take the lambs. To-night Enah and I went down and met Aunty, Aunty Alice & Marj. at Aunty's and all went up to the Sunday school concert. The hall was full so we had to sit way back under the gallery. The concert proved a great success and the young ones all did their parts very well. Innes Coleman danced the Fisher's hornpipe beautifully and Agnes Sterling also danced well. The main part of the programme was a little play "The Sleeping Beauty" which went off very nicely. After all the concert they had the Christmas tree so it was pretty late when the thing broke up This has been a beautiful day sunny & quite mild.

Wednesday December 21st

We woke up this morning to find a decided change in the weather. The wind had changed around to the east and it was cold & raw & trying to snow. Dad. & I got the team out and loaded the lambs and took them down to Down's barn. Billy came down and helped us unload them. There were ten of them all the lambs we have left now are the six ewe lambs that we are going to keep. It was about noon when we got home and we did chores this afternoon.
