Mon. Aug. 5 Tore down old horse stable. Murphy started ditching machine on Ivey place
Mon. " 12 Uncle Ward. came home from West. Has left Revillon Freres.
Sun " 18 Harry Harding here for tea.
Tue. " 20 Vyse baby (Frank?) born. - No probably Richard. -
Thur. " 22. Started to cut barley. Blaikie & I thrash at Flemmings
Tue. " 27 Dick & I go to Exhibition. Dad. gets word from Aunty of Uncle Fred's death
Sat. " 31 Home from Toronto. Had big time with Lewis & Paul Lee Woodson 5¢ picture shows.
Mon. Sept 9 Cut barley with mower, wet harvest. Mrs. Sandy Lawson died.
Mon " 16 Threshed. 312 bus oats 305 wheat 118 barley. Tupper & Blakey on stack.
Wed. " 18 The Will Warren's & Bessie from Colorado pay us a visit.
Wed. " 25 Word comes here to Dr. Woodson that Vernon's father is dead.
Sat. " 28 Dad. drilled wheat. Aunt Leena here.
Tues. Oct. 1st Started to cut corn and clover seed.
Thur " 3rd Blakey left for Alfred's. Dad paid him $65.00 for the summer.
Mon. " 14 Dick started to work in the Bank.
Wed. Nov 20 We all went out to John Shand's & ate up the Presbyterian bazaar cake
