nearly a bushel of the potatoes we had in the cellar and which I think Jim. Dixon said were Green Mountain and I planted them. I hoed the first ones that I planted in but the ones I put in this after noon I ploughed in and then gave them a good harrowing. I went down to-night to Aunty's and copied out a letter and signed it for Mr. Parks which was to authorize Arnold & Henry White to act in my interest in the Quintin Dick Trust case.
