4th of April 1892 Fine Rained some sap not running very well Gathered 15 pails put out the Bun Leander on the water to the Marsh water high sawing stovewood snow Melting well Made a Leg for wood saw horse Fixed a peice to the Handle of the Mud-spear Fixed the Handle in the Rake E Wind Black Ducks came and swallows

5th E Wind changed to West some hail Fine Rained Thunder and Lightning sawing wood made Picquets Leander shot a Rat a very Large one seen a Plover Lots of Ducks and Wild Geese a strip opening Down to the sturgeon Island not very well
