Sunday Feb. 27, 1921. We didn't go to Church as the roads had snow drifts in places. Charlie Bush was here and he and [illegible] went to Chatham on the 2 p.m. back from [illegible] whisk was late When they got to Chatham Maude went with them to the Convent and left tools there; Mary Trench went with them. Maude came home on the 5 p m car and Charlie went to Pain Court on the 4.10 car. The day was fine and thawed a little

Monday February 28, 1921. I delivered mail on the whole route with Queen and Dick. When putting in the horses in the dark I went to pick up a [illegible] that came down and Dick kicked at me and hit me on the knee but didn't hurt me much. Mr English and Roy got ready to move the pig pew to the swale but found that the foundation was too much decayed and they decided to move it in position. The day was cloudy and thawed. The roads were good. Oil can 25 cts bread 13 - 38 cts.
