Fri June 27. Very sultry. Willie Cook here for tea. Mrs Brealey. Miss Edey called. heavy rain and thunder at 6.P.M.
Sat June 28. Fine and warm. Mary called also Annie. Doctor here. rained in evening gently.
Sun June 29. Fine and turning much cooler. Willie here. I went to evening church with Loraine then went for a drive with Mr & Mrs Ashby. Mrs Davidson hre Aunntie
Mon June 30. Fine and quite cool. Doctor here.
Tue July 1. Started to rain about two o'clock. then cleare and had sport for Field day. then thunder and heavy rain fr an hour. which rather spoiled things. then cleared and had sports and Dnce. Laura James. alled in the evening. Lizzi & children out for few days.
Wed July 2. Fine and cool. Miss Mundey and Mrs Simpson called. Willie called in eve. and brouht short cake. flowers etc. Lizzie called.
Thur July 3. Fine and cool. Doctor called. as he was leaving forKingston next day on holiday. Mundey called with peas.

Sat July 5. Fine and quite warm. they had finishing up of Races in the evening. Mrs Davidson and iss Mundey called in evening brought roses. fish. short cake. berries two for a quarter. Willie called, joe cook called. Auntie dressed
