Mon July 28. Fine and cool. some people done haying. W. has a lot. Wheat ripe. Howard Reive. Annie and children called also Mrs Rich Simpson. Mrs Kane brot cherries.
Tue July 29. Very, very hot. Mr Noble called. Dr here. It came a heavy rain and thunder storm 5.PM.
Wed July 30. Fine nd very cool. I Annie here in eve.
Thur July 31. Fineand cool. I went to Toronto met. I.
Fri Aug 1. Lizzies family also Annie went to Balla, Mrs Shuter. Harper and Dice called. I went to James eve.
Sat Aug 2. Fine bright and cool. a perfect day. no one here. Rasp.b. $15
Sun Aug 3. Fine bright and cool. I did not go to morning church. I went to evening church. very cool.
Mon Aug 4. Rained heavily in afternoon. "Civic Holiday." Rasp - 15 cts
Tue Aug 5. Fair but air very sultry. Ms Simpson called. Birds barn
Wed Aug 6. Very sultry then heavy thunderstorm about 9.30. and rained most of nighht. creeks and ditches full.
Thur Aug 7. Fine and cooler Doctor here in evening.
Fri Aug 8. Fair and cooler. a few minutes shower in evening.
Sat Aug 9. Fne bright and moderately warm. Willie called in morning. Raspberries 15 cts.
Sun Aug 10. Fine bright and cool. I went to morning church. Willie, Mary and Margaret fortea. perfect day after raining all night. Ditches ull.
