Sat Aug 22. A perfect day. cool and bright. Pic-nic at Island. Annie went to Lizzies. I went with. Davidsons & Ashbys.
Sun Aug 23. Fine and quite warm. at morning church. Mrs D. and I for a walk in evening. very dusty.
Mon Aug 24. Fine and warm. I washed, ironed. cut grass.
Tue Aug 25. Fine and very warm. dusty. I went to Lizzies in eve.
Wed Aug 26. Rained a little in morning. cleared at 10.AM. we went to Mrs Lockharts in the afternoon. cooler in eve.
Thur Aug 27. Fine and very cool. at Riverdale Park in afternoon and L- and I at. in the ve. Annie and I downtown noon
Fri Aug 28. FIne and cool. we went to Center Island in afternoon a perfect day.
Sat Aug 29. Fine and much warmer. Annie and I came home 10.10 car. we went to Horticultural for tea. and eve Jennie and Tom Speight called. very dusty. Annies to Stup
Sun Aug 30. ine very warm. I went to morning church. Mrs Davidson and I for walk in eve.
Mon Aug 31. Fine quite warm. I went to Toronto got serge for Coat. small basket peaches 65 cts. small basket Tomatoes 35 at 78.5 Mrs Simpson. Miss Mundey brot. corn. tomatoes pears etc peppers flowers
Tue Sept 1. Fine very warm. dusty. made Tomato butter. done peaches and got basket tomatoes 35 $ at Wilt
Wed Sept 2 Dull and sultry. made pepper sauce. picked pears
Thur Sept 3. Fine and quite warm. a little shower at night and dull all day settled dust. at Willies in eve Annie to Toronto Lorraine here.
