and gorses out as soon as I got through and left them out all day. They seemed to get. alittle picking but were keen for their hay to-night. I spent the rwmainde roff the day raking p leaves around the yard and while I made wuite a clearance there is still a large part of the eyard unraked. I also wheeled some manure & mulched a little apple trees on the lawn as well as the current bushes & thubabrm roses ad any thing else that was showing after first forking around them harry B and Gay wee out playing all after noon. Gay soept nearly all monring but Harry b was out from breakfast time till nearly dark except for a short nap after dinner. Mabel was here for dinner. Ina was here all day and I took her home beforew tea a sit was looking like rain. Marj. varnished the nursery floor and is about all in to0nigjt. It was a very fine day day although the wind was rather cold, till the middle of the after noon when the wind changed from west to south east and it cloudse dup. Raining hard to-nigjt.
