get Harry B's counsel to agree to reasonable terms. He Mr. Gover suggested the consultation they had prior to the sitting that Dad. should get 2/3 of teh fund I should 2/3 of the and ~Harry B 1/3. Mr. parks would not agree to this and told Mr. Gover that he did not need to concern homself with any but his own client (Haerry B>) which apparentlypeeved thewgentleman as he left the meeitng immediately saying he ha dan appointment overdue. Later on howvever he gotr the counsel to agree on his terms which were dad 4/5 Harry B 1/5 and me to get the interest on H.B's share during n=his monority. He saidMrs. Dick is an impossoible woman and had sought another solicitor, but the judge had said that there must be no more delay over the "child" question but thast Mrs. Dick must either make an affadavit or they myst fiuleevidence that there was no child. That part of it is evidently in the hands of the Master again.I don;t understand about the Name & Arms question. The judge seems to have adjourned the case in order to let the cousel arreange terms among themselves so whethe rthery have argued the point or not I can'tmake out nor can any od us.
