over there and helped Dad. haul out manure. I was late getting over so we didn't get in an extra good day. Frank coolly informed us when we casme home that he was going over to plough for Roy hammond to-morrow so we wouldn't be through with the manure so I went over again Tuesday and helped Dad. although I had figured on being home. Wednesday I didn't go over but as Queen's harnedd was over there I couldn't work the team but just did odd jobs around here. Thursday being the King's birthday school was closed and Tim came over here with his rifle to shoot groundhogs in the after noon and I foolishly went with him so didn't get much done. Marj. was very provoked at me. She was over at the Lampkin's all the after noon poor old Dave was laid up again with his legs all swelle dup/ Friday June 4th Dad. broughtthe spreader over and we covered the corn ground putting it 8 load sto the acre, and we didn't use quite all there was in the yard.
