They finished the argument on June 2nd butthe judge has reserved his decision fir a week or so which looks as if he was not at all convinced that Dad's claim was good. Wednesday 9th Frank came over this morning before I finished marking out the corn ground amnd started planting and we fginished about four o'clock. Thursday 10th May. Marj. and I went down on the after noon and signed the mortgage at Gibsns and Charlie Quanbury met us there with the mney. I soent the rest of the agfter noon paying debts.
