January. /914.

Jan 1.- thur.- " New years day." Annie & H- are here. Willard came out for tea & we played games this Eve.

Jan 2.- fri.- very busy day. Y.P.U this Eve. Steward Cole spoke.

Jan 3.- Sat.- Went to Annie's this p.m. no practise as only 4 were there. Stayed all night.

Jan 4.- Sun.- Came up 1 p.m. Staward C.- spoke. Wrote to L.D & Mrs. B- this Eve.

Jan 5.- Mon.- Election Day. Went to B- with Papa this p.m. & Henry came in for tea. Local Option lost by 104 of 7/0

Jan 6.- tues.- papa & Henry went to B- this morn & papa stayed till night. mama was at Mrs. Wright's to-day.

Jan 7.- Wed.- Warmer. George. V. kid. Maggie & Jneg. Slurgeon were here for tea. The Indian SInger. Mr Cooks. is very sick & unable to come here this Eve.

Jan 8- thur.- went down to Annie's 9.a.m. Took my lesson this p.m. Henry, Mrs. Jno Dalton & I went to the concert at Maitland to-night.

Jan 9.- fri.- Rainy. Have a cold so am idle. Jan 10.- Sat.- papa was in B-. Busy to-day.

Jan 11.- Sun.- S.S. this p.m. Service 7. Eve.
