Wolford March 24th 1873

March 24 {name?} and I chopped wood {back?} of the house. Cold day.

25 Finished cutting wood in the {forenoon?} and in the afternoon {illegible} to the {illegible}. Cold and cloudy.

26 Roxa and I went up to Uncle Harrison's {illegible}. Stormed {illegible} all day and was the biggest storm this winter.

27 Beautiful day. {illegible} Bill {illegible}.

28 We went to the woods for get out two {illegible} logs, {illegible} the snow was so {deep?} that we had {illegible} draw it out {illegible} so that {illegible} only got out one and took it to town.

Woldford March 28

March 28 Went ti a sugar party at {creek name?} creek had a pretty good time.

29 Went to the sugar bush and cleaned the snow out of the buckets and then {illegible} and cut a load of wood and {illegible}, It commenced raining about 10 oclock and rained the rest of the day pretty hard {name?} and I went over to the sugar bush and gathered 23 buckets of {sap?} {illegible} P.M
