AUGUST, SATURDAY 31, 1867.

Cleaned my room fixed Clara's sacque rained all afternoon children very troublesome Mr Wells came A dull tiresome day

SEPTEMBER, SUNDAY 1,

Very dull and cloudy but no rain. Only two of my class present during School lesson Enoch's translation tried to tell them something about faith. May God give them living Faith. Mr Wells preached. Not many out.
