Wed Jan 1st New Years Day a fine bright mild day with good wheeling. Mother and Annie also Willies family here to spend the day. I weigh 136 pounds

Thur. Jan 2. Fine and mild, beautiful weather.

Fri Jan 3, Fine day at first then stormy in the afternoon Mick here for dinner.

Sat Jan 4. Fine day a little snow but not much sleighing

Sun Jan 5, Fine and very mild. Uncle, Aunt Nellie and I at Church

Mon Jan 6. Very mild with rain then cleared and bright but sloppy. Mr Jacksons also Mr Welshs here to tea

Tues Jan 7. Colder and a little blustery, started to wash in house.

Wed Jan 8 A little snow then cleared. I called at Mrs Clarkes. Sleighing good. took hens to barn.

Thur Jan 9. Fine and very cold with good sleighing Uncle and I out with the cutter for the first time. Willie here helping

Fri Jan 10. Fine and moderately cold. Aunt Mattie and I in Toronto, called at Mr Gibsons. Aunt Nellie at W. A. meeting Willie here helping clean up grain. Man here for hay.

Sat Jan 11. A very mild day all slush. We went to Mrs Teasdales funeral. rained a little in the evening.
