Thur Apr 30. Fine bright day. windy. Mr Grogan here for dinner. I called to see Mr {Wilts?} here.

Fri May 1. May Day. fine and warmer. Mrs Clarke here in the eve. I called at Miss {illegible} in the evening.

Sat May 2. Fine and warm. men all here.

Sun May 3. Fine and warm. I drove to Church with Mike. Annie here in the afternoon Willies here for tea.

Mon May 4. Fine and warm. I walked to Thornhill in the morning. Nelson and Mrs Smellie called.

Tue May 5. Fine day. Mary here in the afternoon. Our carpet up.

Wed May 6. Fine untill evening it came a thunder storm. Annie out for eggs. We have eleven chickens. Aunt N at Willies.

Thur May 7. x Fine bright day. I went to Toronto. Mr {illegible} called.

Fri May 9. Fine warm day. {Minnie?} Appelbe came.

Sun May 10. Dull with a few light showers. we all went to Willies for tea.

Mon May 11. Fine but cold east wind. {Minnie?} left. Mrs Jackson Howard, and Louie {illegible} {illegible} here for tea.

Tue May 12. Fine at first then rained in the afternoon. I called at Willies, he and boys here in the eve.

Wed May 13. Fine but cold. I went to see Mrs Brock in the evening. Miss Wiltshire called.

Thur May 14. Fine and cold ice this morning. I went to Thornhill with Mike in the eve. ({Ice?})
