Sunday May 2. Dull and cold. Aunt Nellie at church. She and I at eve church. Aunt Mattie and I out for a walk. john jeandale and Bruce called. Mrs Clarke called after church.

Mon May 3.Fine and moderately cold. Mother called. M. Walkin eve

Tue May 4. Fine but cold. I called at Miss Mundrey in we

Wed May 5. Showery, Willie called in the morning. Auntie called at Mrs. Smellie and Mrs. Franciel. it came heavy downpour in eve. Aunt Nellie at Mother's for tea. {Illegible} called.

Thurs May 6. Fine but dull and cool Mrs Davidson here in eve. Aunt Nellie at Bours in eve.

Fri May 7. Rained heavily from East {Illegible} till eve. it cleared. Mr {Illegible} called. Aunt Mattie and I at grave yard and then at Miss Mundey.

Sat May 8. Fine until eve. a heavy downpour. I was at Willies for a while in afternoon. very little work on the land all week. Willie a lot to do yet. Mr Little died, Cut lawn.

Sun May 9. Finne but a very cold windy day. Aunt Nellie and I walked out to Mr Little funeral on monday. {Mon May 10 has been crossed out and rewritten later} Aunt Nellie at Church. she and I went to learning church.


Mon May 10. Fine after a heavy frost and ice Aunt Nellie and I at the funeral. Annie called in the eve. very windy
