Tue Dec 14. Fine but very cold. west wind. Auntie at Red Cross meeting. Frankie Cox called for wool. snow flurries.

Wed Dec 15. Fine but very cold wind. our Bazaar.

Thur Dec 16. Fine and milder with east wind. Mrs Shuter, and Mrs {Dandeon?} called. {'called' is written above the latter name}

Fri Dec 17. Raining and sleeting from the east. much milder. I went to Bandage rolling at Mrs Atkinsons. very icy.

Sat Dec 18. Fine and turning colder. I called at Mothers in eve.

Sun Dec 19. Fine day. Aunt Nellie at morning Church. Mother and Lizzie called in the afternoon. We all went to Church in the evening. Mr Lawrence preached the first since his sickness. roads good with exception of a little ice.

Mon Dec 20. Fine but cold West wind. Aunt Mattie and I in Toronto Tammy Bowes called in the afternoon.

Tue Dec 21. Fine bright day. roads are splendid and smooth. the girls and I went out to the Christmas treu at Concord. Charlie brought us home.

Wed Dec 22. Raining and snowing after. Herbie Clarke called. Annie called.

Thur Dec 23. Raining and snowing, very soft. and slushy. some cutters out but not very good. Willie took Aunt Nellie to Thomas Cooks funeral. I went to decorate in afternoon.

Fri Dec 24. Fine and moderately cold.

Sat Dec 25. Christmas day. we all went to Mothers a great {depth?} of snow. then still snowing and sleeting a little all day. very disagreeable.
