Tue Aug Sept 23_ Fine and very warm, Peter Huff her fixing the pump. we put up a little box stove.
Wed Aug Sept 24_ Fine but decidedly colder, and windy, picked our St Lawrence Apples. Lizzie here for tea.
Thur Aug Sept 25_ Very cold and windy I was up at Mary's all day. Went to Harvest Thanksgiving Service. it rained a little.

Wed Oct 1 -- Fine but cold and very windy.. Aunt Mattie came home from Toronto. Uncle and I went to Fisherville Harvest Home, it was a very good entertainment.
