Weather, Cloudy and rainy looking Norm & I went over to J. Atkinsons to bale straw, baled 13 ton and came home & did a little chopping for hogs Gertie went over with me in afternoon Fred ploughed in little sand field all day
Wednesday, August 31
Weather Fine and a little warmer Ploughed with tractor plough all day Norm dug stones & harrowed wheat ground Fred finished ploughing sand field gathered up stones in morning and in afternoon & went over to R. Stivers for 60 bu. of seed wheat then banked up potatoes Les took Five hogs & one calf to city Gertie went down home tonight To-day was the big swim at Ex. {Canadian National Exhibition Toronto}
