x Friday 22nd Showery J.W. Plowing I went to Stn. and, bgt drugs 20c harness mended 25c st cars .05 bred girls & I thinned carrots in afternoon. .20 .25 .05
Saturday 23rd J.W. working at turnip grd all day. Girls & I thinned carrots in morning & went to town and worked in garden in afternoon bgt shoes for girls $270 laces .10c groceries. 35c .35 2.80
Sunday 24th fine Jennie Jessie & I went to Church in morning heard Mr Marshall preach on. "The Entering of the Word giveth light" it was a very good sermon. Took Mary J. an three Youngest to Cemetery in Afternoon
X Monday 25th fine I bred Quality to "Prince of London" Mr Sorby's horse J.W. Cultivated & raked the turnip patch & started to raise drills. Jennie, Mary. E. & I thinned carrots and finished pulling mustard.
J Tuesday 26th fine We finished sowing turnips today. J.W. off from 4 P.M. Mother came home today and Mary J & Jennie Went with Gay's to O.A.C. {?}
