495 March. 1907

Tuesday 26th Showery. Thunder Joh & I split wood & Ernest Chored. After dinner I took Mary. J. in to Hospital to have an Operation performed bgt Groceries $115 pd. Kenneth McLean for looking after Fathers Will and putting it through the legal course $3775 pd J. Tovell for Harness $2165 37.75 21.65
Wensday 27th wet Men Split wood Chored and cleaned out cellar I went to town to see the Dr and find out how Mary was went again in afternoon She came through all right and the Doctor thinks the Operation will be quite successful. sent $3000 to Hastings Bros Crosshill pd Goldies $3875 30.00 38.75
Thursday Mar 28th J.W. & Ernest worked at Chores and wood I went for cow & calf and then brought out Mr Booth to photo sheep also took Mr Arkell to Hendersons to see Sheep sold 3 ewes one ewe lamb & one ram to Mr Garritson Onedia S Dakota got Health papers. pd Dr Reed for. Tuberclin Syringe. & Thermometer $450 Then went up to Hospital. Found Mary doing nicely

Good Friday Mar 29 / 07 Showery J.W. went to Toronto. Ernest & I did Chores & made fine Crates for Sheep. Jennie & Mary E. went to see Ma She is doing Fine.
