afternoon J S. came in before Ida & I did. We set so long at tea M.W. & E.M. describing there Journey. A & I went Church M.W. reading us her diary of her journey.
Saturday 22th..83. We have lots of work to do. I changed the upstairs around swept & dusted it. We were all busy & could be. I was doing my stoop in afternoon & I had to leave it & go out pick up potatoes. I was out alone a while then Ida came out. Sarah did not come out. We were just coming in from field when up pa hollowed for me so Joe went. ma did not come with him she waited & they went up to station for her & M.L. I just got cleaned up when I got downstairs Mandia Hixon & her mother were here she brought a whole lot of flowers & so Ida & her & S & M.W. made a boquet for the church she brought over
