for she going to Oakville corners on she went up to the noon train but she missed it so E M drove her part way to Oakville after dinner. We all at potatoes Jane Bray over took M.L. back with her E.M. & Sarah went over to night for Bray were agoing to take a load to Oakville. Joe went to Bronte got Annie's birthday present from Ida. Ella Mckay & he & ma up after dark in kitchen. Ma & Maria cleaning grapes for wine.
Friday 26th.. Rather rainy us girls were not out doors. E.M. was lifting cag of grapes & he spraint his back. Maria's & I went down to teacher meeting but there was no light in Church so we we{nt} to McCauleys. We was there short time when George Williams came after key so we went up to Church but there was only Mrs Williams Edith Ingledew & us. We did not talk long so
