Oct 8 Sunday cool & cloudy Charlotte still very sick have a nurse now. had Dr Clark Specialist tonight ordered Charlotte to Hospital

Oct 9. Lillie & Doris went to Hamilton to stay Charlotte very bad.

Oct 10th. Weather fine packing apples. Charlotte no better.

Ot 11th Loaded Car of apples for Hutchison Bros {Brothers} 174 blls {barrels} winter apples @ $3 25 30 Cranberry Pippins $2 50 6 pears at 325 {$3.25}. Raining in the afternoon

Oct 12th Picking apples Charlotte worse went to Hamilton before noon Dr only gives her 24 brs {hours},

Oct 13. stayed nearly all last night in Hospital Charlotte very low. Doris has it but not very bad. Charlotte a little stronger tonight.

Oct 14th Charlotte about same John fell out of apple tree yesterday. has very bad ankle

Oct 15th. Charlotte seems a little stronger today.

Oct 16th Monday fine & warm packed apples (C {Charlotte} just same

Oct 17th. Turned very cold in the night. packing apples

Oct 18th Weather fine & cool still packing apples.

Oct 19th. Loaded car of apples 83 blls {barrels} for A E Johnston Sundridge @ $3 00 66 blls {barrels} for P J Mann Bracebridge @ $3 25 22 blls {barrels} W J {Troyer?} Magnetawan @ 3 25
