| 1 | Fine bright day. Cold West wind Mercury in the morning 12 below Zero. Marion's birthday. |
| 3 | Easter had a heifer calf this evening. I was at Prayer meeting Mr Elder conducted the service. Rev A. was at St Elmo. |
| 4 | Pigon's ewe had twins today. I as at the women's B of Foreign Mission held at Ewen Dingwall's had a very nice meeting my offering 10 cts |
| 5 | The weather is not so cold. I was at Annie's |
| 6 | long legs had a lamb this morning. To 2 lb butter Pa, Far Ran Marion Auntie & Cousin Jimie & Myself went to Uncle Donald's at dusk stayed until 1/2 after 9 When we got home we found that one of the twins was dead |
| 7 | long legs lamb died this morning. There is a new lamb, very weak. I was not at Church this morning. I was at evening service. |
| 8 | Cold E. Wind. We are drawing home the big stack, and have D Lam with his team have F Gordon, old Sam is sawing wood. |
| 9 | Tuesday pretty cold Far & Jimie went to Margary McKenzie's funeral. she died at her fathers house in Black River she was buried on the Front |
| 10 | Ash Wednesday. Far did not come and Jimie did not come until this morning. They were at Uncle Donald's. Bird is not well Called the Doctor. |
| 11 | Bird is not better, sore throat - like diptheria the Dr was in again and gave her some medicine To one bottle C oil 20. sulpher 5 = coal oil |
| 12 | Peony had a bull calf this morning. The Dr was in to see Birdie. she is a little better |
