SUNDAY 14
Brock to church at night. Dull and raw wind. Hot moderaling much.
MONDAY 15
Done chores and set up engine and chapper and chopped 5 bags in forenoon. Drew in corn, cleaned trough at low well and put in storm windows in afternoon. Fine with flurries of snow but cold.
TUESDAY 16
Done chores and getting ready to kill pigs. Brock to town to get hoop on bbl. Killed two pigs in afternoon. Watt helped. Fine but dull and cold east wind.
