11th Fine Fernandez to Lemays to sell his Fish put up the Thrashing Mill Thrashed 28 Bushels of Oats to Day Lewis here took Home the 2 Inch-Augur Gave him some pipes Ed Renshaw here Fixing my Irons crocery Pipes and Corks

12th Thrashing 45 Bushels to Day thats 73 Bushels of Oats out of the First Stack Moved the Mill into the Barn Made Blinds Last night and to Day Randolph at Blinds Brought me the Witnefs came From Dan Killed 2 Roosters Lucias to 1/2 Bushel of Potatoes 25 Began Boiling Potatoes for the Hogs

13th of October 1899 Fine Randolph here took away the Blinds and Him and Leander took up the scow E Wind Took up 9 Rows of Potatoes about 20 Bushels to Day thats 260 Bushel in the cellar now Gordon at the Frame Leander at Jo Douquetts

14th Fine Few Drops of Rain West Wind Harrowing and Ploughing the East Peice of Potatoes took up to Day about 6 Bushels Gordon to Summerstown a Big Fire over the way of McDougalls Marsh Like Stacks Burning Making Grape Jelly Salted the cattle

15th Fine W Wind John H and Donald Spink here Gave John H a pair of Mits

16th My Paper is up Fine East Wind Randolph here heard the Canal was Broke no Boats a Going Laying the Foundation of the House taking over the Lumber from here Blackbirds plenty Sparrows Plenty on the Stacks Eddy here Got Nails at Haggartys 3 cents a lb

17th Fine W Wind Working at the Building Fernandez to Lancaster Windy very smoky putting a Handle in the axe

18th St Lukes Day Rained hard Last night Lucias for Potatoes 25 cents Fernandez came took Lumber from Lancaster Boots Stanley sent for under clothes working at the Frame Canal Fixed Boats coming up
