Walter took a load of grist to Floradale this afternoon. 26 Saturday Cloudy & cool. Aubrey was plowing. Walter, Vernon Marie and little Albert went to a S. School picnic at Heidelberg this p.m. 27 Sunday. Fair and cool. We went to church S. School this p.m. 28 Monday. Clear and windy Vernon helped us with the washing this morning . Walter went to Neuert's sale at Floradale this p.m. 29 Tuesday. Hot and windy Aubrey was cultivating. Walter drove to St. Jacobs with the wagon and got the cow he bought from Albert Scheihle. He went to P. Becker's sale this p.m. Ella & Ella Miller went berry picking but didn't get many berries.
