The Conservative Government Control forces won the election by a large majority. Too bad! 2 Thursday. Clear and very cold. Several degrees below zero this morning. Walter shipped hogs at Elmira. Emerson, Addie and the children moved up to Hilbert Reists farm yesterday. 3 Friday. Milder. Snowed quite heavily. Walter went to Alma this morning with Earl Miller and bought 2 pigs from Geo. Bender. This afternoon we butchered a small pig for ourselves.
